4. When drilling glass, the drill bit of the vertical glass drilling machine is easy to squeeze the glass, so when drilling thin glass, the pressure must be adjusted very low, which can be varied in the range of 0.18~03MPa. When drilling thicker glass, the pressure can rise to about 0.46MPa;
5. The core material in the receiving drawer should be cleaned in time, otherwise the stacked core material will block the receiving device. Especially when drilling large holes with a diameter greater than 100mmj, please clean each small hole drilled.
6. When cleaning the core material of the vertical glass drilling machine, the receiving device should be in the receiving position so that the receiving drawer can be pulled out smoothly. Therefore, when cleaning the core material of the glass drilling machine, the drill bit must be rotated. At this time, the receiving device is in the material receiving position, and the material core can be easily cleaned;
7. During the drilling process, pay attention to observe whether there is any abnormality. If any abnormality is found, press the emergency stop button in time and deal with it in time;
8. After the drilling is completed, clean up all parts of the drilling machine to prevent residual glass residue.
